Alan Kruse retired from Ford Motor Company after 40 years in management, 12 of which were devoted to serving as the Global Supplier Quality Manager Ford Performance. Kruse worked in Germany for three years, traveled the world for Ford and served as the Ford Quality Representative on the Minority Supplier Council. Recipient of the Ford Motor Quality Award three years in a row, he earned an MSA from Central Michigan University and sat on CMU’s President’s Council for eight years.
Kruse has volunteered for Knights of Columbus, the Maintenance and Building Committee of St. Joseph Church of Howell, St. Vincent De Paul, Detroit Uncorked, Habitat for Humanity, Wixom Mounted Police, and as a mentor at Focus Hope. In retirement, Kruse launched Kruse Control Quality and Engineering, consulting in San Diego, CA and Taiwan.
