Having been a computer technician and audio-visual specialist for more than twenty years, Brian Charnetski currently works as the Help Desk Technician at Cleary University. Charnetski started this position in June 2021 and works with students, faculty and staff to provide audio and video support in addition to general electronic assistance as needed.
Charnetski worked as a Technician and Manager of Technical Management Services at Effectv before coming to Cleary. He attended Eastern Michigan University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in telecommunications and organization communications. He took several computer programming classes as electives while at school, but most of his technical computer programming knowledge is self-taught.
“I love that at Cleary, people are focussed and able to get things done quickly. Everyone is friendly and great to work with, which makes my job that much easier,” says Charnetski.
Charnetski is available at the Help Desk in the Chrysler building. Help requests are available both by walk-ins or appointments.
